“Walking distance to Mayo with underground walkway if weather is bad. Also close to downtown shops and restaurants”

“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”

“The room was clean, however the entire place is very dark and old. The staff were OK. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Kitchen was clean. Overall, the king bed was old as you could see the indentions in the bed on each side. The bathroom shower area very small. Alot of wasted space in the room.”

“The room was clean and the bed was good. I didn't really like the breakfast; there were no eggs or sausage. They had packaged oatmeal, and the hot water was in the lobby. The bagel was very good. I won't stay again. The walls were a little thin.”

“Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent staff and transportation to Mayo. Good breakfast. Big problem. We put our water bottles and diabetes medications in the fridge and they all froze.”

“The bathroom was clean but the hotel is very outdated. I am sensitive to the smell of smoke and immediately smelled smoke in the lobby. The receptionist said someone was smoking outside. Ok…well we got in late and when we got to our room I could smell very faint smoke plus a musty smell. I thought I would get used to it and so I didn’t ask to switch rooms but the smell bugged me all night. Along with the loud AC which didn’t work very well. The room was very humid too…probably why the……
